GUC Ås is bound to the university in Ås, but all who would like to train Capoeira are welcome. At the university in Ås several different nationality are represented and our Capoeira group tries to include all. Therefore we are fairly international gang, having members from different parts of the world. Would you like to try? Everyone is welcome to try a free training!

Treningschedule:
Monday: 17.30 – 19.30 (GG-hallen, idrettshallen)
Thursday: 18.00 – 19.30 (GG-hallen, gymsalen)
Friday: 17.00 – 19.00 (GUC common training, Oslo, Rom for Dans)

We train in the GG-hall in Ås.
Direction through E6 from Oslo: see the map here.
From the train station follow the main road through the centre,
pass the studentsamfunnet and by a small lake
you will find the GG-hall.

If you want to follow the actualities of our group
subscribe to our forum.
First you have to register in the GUC web. Find
Logg inn/ut on the top. Afterwards subscribe
to the rss field: go to the Forum, log in and
choose our forum. You only have to click on
“Legg dette emne til dine favoritter” under
the title of the topic.
